If your charging station stops charging your vehicle, make sure it is not already fully charged.
Otherwise, check if authentication via RFID token or app is required to charge a vehicle.
Errors at your charging station can often be solved by restarting the station. Disconnect the charging station from the power supply via the fuse and leave it unpowered for 5 minutes. Then restart the station by restoring the power supply via the fuse. Please wait until your charging station is fully powered up.

Depending on the manufacturer, there are different ways to regulate the charging current at your charging station (via app, via software or via switches in the charging station). You can find information on this in the operating instructions that come with the stations.
Make sure that your vehicle is capable of receiving the appropriate charging current and that your building connection is designed accordingly. The latter is especially relevant for 22kW charging and usually requires a prior inspection by an electrician and a registration with the local power company.

- A description of the damage or failure
